FAQ for clubs

Questions before sending a player request

What information should a club include in a player request?

Include the league and team level, age group, position, role, shooting side, passport or import restrictions, timing, trial format and the relevant compensation or budget framework.

Does submitting a request guarantee a suitable player?

No. EHA reviews the request and responds when a reasonably suitable and available profile can be identified. Availability and any final agreement depend on the player, club and applicable rules.

What information can accompany a player profile?

Where available and appropriate, the profile can include an Elite Prospects link, current statistics, video, position, shooting side, citizenship, contract status and availability.

Can EHA help with passport, transfer and visa questions?

EHA can help identify questions that require verification and coordinate the sporting process. The club, federation and competent authorities remain responsible for official eligibility, registration, immigration and employment decisions.

What happens after the club sends a request?

EHA reviews the sporting criteria, clarifies missing details, checks relevant profiles and contacts the club if a reasonable match is available for discussion.
