European Hockey Agency is a hockey representation agency founded by people who have worked directly with European clubs, scouting networks and player development programs. We are based in Gdansk, Poland with active operations across Sweden, Finland, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Denmark, Norway and France. Since 2019, we have placed 40+ junior and professional players in European clubs. We work with players from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries — we understand your background, your hockey and what European clubs are actually looking for.
Why We Created European Hockey Agency
We created EHA because too many players from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and CIS countries were wasting full seasons with agents who made promises but delivered nothing. Players were paying upfront fees, waiting months for answers, and ending up with no contract and no clear feedback.
We built EHA to fix that. Our approach is direct, honest and results-focused:
— We evaluate each player before we take them on. If your level does not match realistic club opportunities, we tell you honestly — not after six months, but before we start.
— We only target clubs where you have a genuine chance. No fantasy leagues, no wasted tryouts, no false promises.
— We operate commission-only. No upfront fees. We earn only when you sign a contract.

Who Is Behind EHA
European Hockey Agency was founded by hockey professionals with direct experience in European club environments — not by marketers or general sports managers.
Our team has worked with clubs, scouts and player development programs across Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Germany and the Baltic region. We understand how European hockey works from the inside: how clubs evaluate players, what contract offers look like at different levels, and what it actually takes to get a player signed.
We specialize in players from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and other CIS countries because we know this market deeply — the hockey culture, the typical career path, the strengths CIS players bring to European clubs, and the specific challenges they face with documentation, language and adaptation.
Our agency is small by design. We do not represent hundreds of players simultaneously. Every player we work with gets direct attention from our team, not an intern or an automated system.
Our Ethics and Commitment to Transparency
We do not promise contracts. We evaluate each player honestly and only target realistic club opportunities. This is important for parents and players to understand: we will tell you what we genuinely believe is achievable for you at your current level — not what you want to hear. If we think a player is not ready for a certain level, we say so directly. That honesty is the foundation of our reputation. We also do not take upfront fees. Our commission-only model means we are financially motivated only when you succeed. If you do not get placed, we do not earn. This alignment of interests is non-negotiable for us.

We contact clubs, coaches and sports directors personally. We have established relationships across 10+ European countries and use them to get real consideration for our players — not just email submissions into a void.
Honest Level Evaluation
Before we take on a player, we evaluate their current level against real club opportunities in Europe. We tell you honestly what is realistic — which leagues, which countries, which contract levels you can target now. If you need to improve first, we tell you that too.
CIS Player Specialization
We have deep expertise in placing players from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries in European clubs. We understand the hockey background, typical skills profile, documentation requirements and cultural adaptation that comes with this transition. This is one of our core strengths.
Contract & Documentation Support
We guide players through contract review, visa requirements, and work permit processes. We have experience with documentation specific to CIS players entering European leagues, including IIHF transfer cards and club registration paperwork.
Hockey CV & Video Highlights
We prepare a professional hockey CV and edit a video highlight reel formatted for European club scouts. We know what coaches want to see and how to present a player's strengths for the specific league and position they are targeting.
